All Turnaround Times include Shipping to and from Allegis
Several return options are available. We use UPS Overnight to ensure secure tracking and on-time delivery.

Next Day Service (Cassettes and Digital Audio):
Available for orders with less than 100  total minutes of dictation time with no one interview equaling more than 40 minutes. Transcripts are returned by 3:00 p.m. the day the tape is received per the method specified when the order was placed.

Digital Audio File Turnaround Times:
First day of turnaround calculation begins the day the recording is received by Allegis, if received before 2:00 p.m.

If received after 2:00 p.m., the first day of turnaround calculation begins the following business day at 8:00 a.m. Transcripts are returned by 12:00 p.m. on the final day of the turnaround per the method specified when the order was placed or according to your account preferences.

Allegis Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.(Pacific time) for the purpose of calculating turnaround times.
