Completed transcripts are returned to your email address, along with a spreadsheet containing all the pertinent file information. Upon request, files can be zipped for faster download.

2. 24x7 Online Services Center
Our web-based services center allows you to view, print, and download your transcripts right from our secure site. Our site holds copies of your transcripts for 60 days so extra copies and reprints are right at your fingertips. From here you can also forward copies of your transcripts to a third-party via email.

3. Hard Copy
Your completed professional hard-copy paper transcripts along with your tapes are returned via UPS per your specified turnaround time. An additional charge of $0.25 per page handling is incurred for hard copy return.

Cassettes are returned via UPS through our SingleShip shipping program twice monthly.
